Front Desk Officer

EastWest is a physiotherapy center that provides a high-standard of western allied medical services. EastWest is targeting a vibrant, experienced, and professional individual to fulfill the position as a Front Desk Officer.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greets all customers in person or on the telephone courteously.
  • Understanding product knowledge.
  • Handling outgoing and incoming calls, transferring to appropriate staff, taking/ distributing messages.
  • Maintaining patient’s database and filing system.
  • Preparing all the files needed, before and after the treatment.
  • Coordinating patient schedule according to the therapist schedule and room availability thru phone calls as well as in email correspondence.
  • Handling complaints with immediate action and notify the proper department for further action.
  • Ensure that patient billings are accurate and clear.

To be successful in getting this role, you will be required to have the following qualifications:

Technical Competencies required:

  • Excellent comprehension oral and writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Excellent Computer skills: Microsoft excels and words and other computer system needed to ensure the working progress.               

Behavioral Competencies required:

  • Clean and well groomed presentation.
  • Friendly and have an excellent people skills.
  • Persuasive and influencing communication skills.
  • Ability to cope to high-pressure working environment.
  • Able to work in a team as well as individually.
