Our Team

EastWest Physiotherapists are some of the most highly trained Physiotherapist in Indonesia. Most of our therapists have gone through extensive training both in Indonesia and overseas. We also run the most comprehensive on-the-job training for our therapists on an ongoing basis. Each of our physiotherapist receives hours of training every week in various sub-specialties.

Berliana TheresiaBerliana Theresia obtained her Physiotherapy degree from Christian University of Indonesia, Jakarta. Her post-baccalaureate training include Intensive Sports Taping seminar by Bauerfiend –Singapore, Manual Therapy course, Sports Injury Seminar by Indonesian Physiotherapy Association – Jakarta, as well as a clinical experience placement at Carepoint Physiotherapy Services' Welshpool Clinic in Perth, Western Australia. Her physiotherapy interest is primarily in general musculoskeletal, sports injuries, rehabilitation, women's health and also lymphatic drainage massage, myofascial trigger point dry needle.

Lomalia SariLomalia Sari obtained her diploma of Physiotherapy from the Academy of Physiotherapy in Surakarta, Indonesia, and continued to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, The Netherlands. She has attended various workshops, including the Mezieres Method for Musculoskeletal Examination, Bobath Course in Pediatric Problems and Musculoskeletal Examination of the Athlete at Faculty the University of Indonesia (in collaboration with Dutch Foundation). She had completed postgraduate clinical education in a Physiotherapy manual therapy program on Brian Mulligan's concepts-The Upper Quadrant, in Thailand, as well as has successfully completed certificate in Spinal Manual Therapy from Manual Concepts (Education for health professionals). She is awarded a certificate from AMTA for attending a workshop 'the treatment of pelvic and retraining Lumbo-Pelvic stability' in Singapore. She also had clinical experience placement at Carepoint Physiotherapy Services' Welshpool clinic (Industrial Health), Western Australia and at Fysiotherapeut, ManueelTherapeut de Gors 20, a private physiotherapy practice in Almelo, the Netherlands.

Florentinus Handoko PutroFlorentinus Handoko Putro obtained his Physiotherapy degree from State Polytechnic, Surakarta in 2008. He received numerous trainings such as Neuromuscular Seminar and Workshop, Back Care Seminar, Neuro Mobilization Workshop, Osteo Arthritis Knee Physiotherapy, Low Back Pain Physiotherapy caused by Osteo Arthritis and Osteoporosis, Skin Care Physiotherapy and Erectile Dysfunction Physiotherapy. He cares for patients with general musculoskeletal problems, sports injuries, rehabilitation, women's health and paediatrics.

Abdul RasyidAbdul Rasyid obtained his Physiotherapy degree from the State Polytechnic of Surakarta in 2011. He received trainings and courses in Neuroscience and the Method of NDST on Paediatrics and Physiotherapy Management in Arthroplasty (2013), Manual therapy (diagnostic examination and therapeutic intervention of lumbar spine and lower extremity 2014), and Mulligan International Certification course. Module A (cervical & upper quadrant) & module B (Lumbar & lower quadrant) and Sports Physiotherapy Course in 2016. He cares for patients with general musculoskeletal, sports and neuro rehabilitation problems.

Heru PrasetyaningsihHeru Prasetyaningsih obtained her physiotherapy degree from the State Polytechnic of Surakarta in 2013. She received training in Neuromuscular Taping Technique. She cares for patients with general musculoskeletal problems, mostly neck and back pain.

Gabriella DewiGabriella Dewi obtained her physiotherapy degree from the State Polytechnic of Surakarta in 2014. She received training from Indonesian Orthopaedic Muskuloskeletal Physical Therapist Assosiation for Movement Restoration with Manual Therapy for Upper Quarter Workshop. Her interest is in sports injuries and general musculoskeletal problems.

Kadek IrmaKadek Irma obtained obtained her physiotherapy degree from the State Polytechnic of Surakarta in 2014. Her interest is in general musculoskeletal problems.

Selvya IndahSelvya Indah obtained her physiotherapy degree from the State Polytechnic of Surakarta in 2014. Her interest is in general musculoskeletal, neuro rehabilitation and paediatrics.

Timothy SatyaabiezaTimothy Satyaabieza obtained his Physiotherapy degree at Saxion University of Applied Sciences in Enschede, the Netherlands in 2015. He had course on Sport Performance Enhancement (Sport Science and Talent Identification) at Papendal, Arnhem. He had his working experience both as Physiotherapist and trainee at Dutch Youth Volleyball team (Jeugd Oranje) and physio clinics from Enschede, Oldenzaal, Almelo (The Netherlands), Dublin (Ireland), and Jakarta (Indonesia). His interests are in musculoskeletal and sports injuries.

Christina SulaimanChristina Sulaiman obtained her Acupuncture& Traditional Chinese Medicine degree from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. During her studies, she received a Shanghai Government Scholarship and underwent a five year clinical stint at the prestigious Shanghai Yueyang Hospital. Focusing on preventative methods and integrative Chinese medicine, her aims to regulate the human body to a balanced state which includes healthy lifestyle, emotions, diet, and appropriate exercise. She aspires to help people live their life to their full potential by restoring their body balance. Christina experienced in wide range of health issue, treatment of pain, sports injuries, musculoskeletal problems, neurological problem, rehabilitation, digestive problems, and women’s health. She is passionate in helping people attain a better health by raising people awareness regarding their well being. She is a member of Ikatan Naturopati Indonesia (IKNI) and also speaks Mandarin, Bahasa as well as English fluently.

Bety RatnaningsihBety Ratnaningsih obtained his Occupational Therapy diploma from State Polytechnic of Surakarta in 2014. Her interest is in neurological and children developmental patients, Sensory Integration and she works with adults and children.

Ayu WandiraAyu Wandira is a Sports Massage Therapist with greater than 10 years of experience. She receives weekly training in her Sports Massage support role at EastWest. She is also a member of Indonesian Masseur Association.
